    Very nice pistol!
Very nice pistol – accurate and easy to shoot. It’s much smaller and easy to carry than my Sig P320, but the grip is still a very comfortable size for shooting (the main reason I chose the M&P over a Sig P365.) I got the option with the manual safety as an extra layer of protection if wanted since it was the same price – of course you don’t have to use the safety if it’s not needed.
The only reason for 4/5 stars is that the magazine really struggles to hold all 13 rounds, and then is difficult to fully insert. I have been loading it with 12 rounds for now to avoid any malfunctions, but I am hoping the springs will eventually loosen after some use to allow 13 rounds to load more easily.

    Best in class!
I’ve bought this weapon about a week ago and I put 75-80 rounds through it. Right out of the box, I was getting decent groups at 5-10 yards. The trigger is better than any weapon I have owned, and recoil was minimal for a weapon of its size. Between my own experience, watching YouTube reviews, and size by side comparison with weapons of similar size, the Shield Plus is best over all. 1.1 inch width and a max capacity of 13+1, it’s a great conceal carry choice. The texture and ergonomics are just right.

    Higher Capacity!
I have owned the original Shield 9mm for years and love it (after I did the Apex Trigger). I also own the Shield 45 and love it (after I did the Apex Trigger). The Shield Plus has higher capacity, which is why I purchased it. The texture is a little too rough for my liking, but not as bad as the Shield 45. The trigger is slightly heavier than I expected but should improve after I get some rounds downrange. Overall an excellent gun.
